Terms

These terms cover Baseplate (this website and its Discord server). By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. When you sign in we add you to the Baseplate Discord server and may give you the Verified role. Keep your Discord account secure; anything done through it counts as you.

Contributions

• Contributions are voluntary. They pay for packs and the creator's permission to share them.
• 85% of each contribution (after the card fee) goes to the pack and 15% runs Baseplate: hosting, the domain, card fees and upkeep. With "Cover the fees" on, you pay a little more so the full amount you chose goes to the pack. Running totals are on the transparency page.
• Contributions are not tax-deductible. They are not donations to a charity.
• Once a pack has been bought, contributions toward it are not refundable. Before that, staff may refund at their discretion. Ask in the Discord.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

VIP

• VIP costs $4.99 per month and renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account (Manage subscription). You keep VIP until the end of the month you already paid for. Past months are not refunded.
• $2 of every VIP payment goes to the current goal. The rest runs Baseplate.
• VIP gives early access to new drops, the VIP role and access to the supporters lounge. Perks can change; we will say so in the Discord first.

Under 18

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before you pay for anything.

Using the packs

• Packs are for use in your own games and projects, under the license shown on each pack's page.
• Do not resell packs or reupload them anywhere (other sites, servers, marketplaces or asset stores).

Rules

Follow the server rules and Discord's terms. We can remove your access to downloads, roles or the server if you break them, for example by sharing packs or abusing other members. Paid VIP time is not refunded when access is removed for breaking the rules.

No guarantees

We try to keep the site running and the packs available, but we can't promise it will always be up or that every goal gets funded. Packs are provided as they are.
